Describe the Relevance of Your Session to APrIGF | |||||||||||||||
In recent years, the region has seen an increase in new permanent structures for cyber capacity building with existing trainings, education and community organisations embracing cyber as a new area of work. As global cyber capacity building efforts transition from project-driven to a more programmatic approach, these initiatives must consider their effects on existing, new and emerging locally and regionally owned capability building structures. In this session we ask some key regional platforms for cyber capacity building to explain their work and recipes for good Cyber Capacity Building in Asia and in the South Pacific and where do people go. |
